Es la Peor compañía de renta, estaba súper sucia y nada le funciona no teníamos agua Caliente el refrigerador aspestava nos tuvimos que ir a un hotel.

This review is insane and a lie. You chose the cheapest camper in our fleet, then you were upset that it “wasn’t nice enough” or big enough and when I wouldn’t bring you a replacement camper at midnight, you trashed the camper. Nothing was mentioned about no hot water or “bugs” which - you’re in the woods I imagine there are bugs outside. No photo evidence of any of this accusations because they’re . You left my camper trashed and broken(panels ripped off the cabinets, doors and windows open in the rain plus mud caked so thick it took hours of cleaning. In this situation, the customer is not right. We will not be renting to this customer ever again.

When booking this service, we chose you all due to 1) the camper we originally rented and 2) being told someone would be on sight all week/end to help if anything were to come up. Below are issues we encountered that need to be addressed.
1) we originally rented a 5th wheel and were charged the price for said 5th wheel. When we were contacted a week before delivery to be notified this camper wasn’t available and given a replacement option nothing was discussed about a refund of difference in pricing for the camper we received vs the camper we rented. These do not go for the same price on your website.
2) when the camper was delivered the front door was ajar, which seemed odd and we discovered this door did not work properly due to frame issues on the camper from it being dropped during the delivery process. The door did not open easily and would not shut from the inside or outside, thus forcing us to use the bathroom door. The maintenance person who came out did confirm this was a frame issue and not something that could be fixed now. On top of this, the A/C was not turned on, nor the fridge or water heater.
3) the bathroom smelled absolutely horrid all weekend, the camper was dirty, not level, and the bedding had crumbs all over it.
4) the camper we received was absolutely not equipped to handle the campground we were in. The breaker flipped constantly and the a/c could not keep up despite using absolutely nothing other than the a/c and fridge. We were forced to stay in the camper during the daytime to keep an eye on the breaker so that the hundreds of dollars of food we bought didn’t go bad and the camper wasn’t ridiculously hot. No one else around us had these issues.
4) there was not a person on site all week/end. We had to wait for a maintenance person to come out for hours when issues arose, which was multiple times.

Highly recommend JJ’s campers. They delivered and set up the camper and everything worked great! We will definitely use them again when we come back to Guthrie. We can’t thank them enough!
